Three tips to increase FLOW!
1. Inhale for seven seconds ! Take this moment to take the deepest breathe you've taken ALL DAY ! WE focus so much on the first breath and the last one but none of the breaths in between . Breathe is literally life ! So intentional breathing will aid in your human experience . Because it is literally one of the most important things to this human experience.
Put your feet into the soil. Grounding has been shown to decrease cortisol (stress hormone) and increase natural alignment of our circadian rhythm profile. Take your shoes off and get in the EARTH!!
3. AFFIRM WHAT YOU DESIRE
THEIR IS POWER IN THE TOUNGE ! MUST I REPEAT THAT ? No matter the situation , magnify the good things and be grateful for what you have and youll be blessed in many many ways trust !
Take a second to appreciate this very moment. Not the past, or future . The here and now a lot of times we get so caught up we forget to be grateful. Thus causing disharmony.
